[OMS_MANAGERS] Marijuana on Main street

La Grande has 2 medical dispensaries  and no negative impact what so ever. One of them is a great member and supporter for our Main Street program. The vast majority of worries/complaints come from people who don't take the time to talk to these businesses and get to know them and what they do in my opinion.
