[OMS_MANAGERS] Marijuana on Main street

Thanks everyone, this has been enlightening and great info.
Dayton hasn't come across this, as everywhere in our downtown is within
1000 feet of a school.
However, if the outskirts ever experience this type of business, there
won't be a fear about it.
