[OMS_MANAGERS] Marijuana on Main street

Pretty much our entire downtown is located within 1,000 feet of a school or
daycare so we do not have this issue to be concerned about.

Thanks everyone, this has been enlightening and great info.
Dayton hasn't come across this, as everywhere in our downtown is within 1000
feet of a school. 
However, if the outskirts ever experience this type of business, there won't
be a fear about it.
