[OMS_MANAGERS] Driving Trolly insights and comments.

We are looking into getting an old fashioned driving trolly for Beaverton. 

I am looking for any information including how it was funded by other municipalities or organizations, What schedules they run, Issues you have run  into, or any other insights you all may have about this even if you don't currently have one in your downtown.
