[OMS_MANAGERS] Christmas tree lights

All,

I talked with Kay Newell the owner of Sunlan Lighting in Portland on the
phone this morning (503-551-8069).  She is very knowledgeable and helpful
regarding outdoor decorative lighting.  ​If you give her your requirements
she will talk you through the options.  Modern lighting has many benefits
to include lower cost and greater reliability making downtown lighting more
feasible than in the past.
