Hi All – please see the request for ideas for implementing a “block captain” type program!

Hey Sheri,

We are looking at using a block captain system to help get the word out. We think it might work well with some of the more "reclusive" business and property owners. Do you by any chance know of other organizations that have implemented this? Do you have any info on block captain duties and the best way to organize them?
