[OMS_MANAGERS] Written Agreement with City and Holiday Lights Programs

Good evening,

Thank you all for taking the time to read this. I have three questions for you.

First, The Mcminnville Downtown Association is working on the possibility of formally writing up an agreement with the City.  Does anyone have a document or written agreement that they could send me? Ideally this agreement would detail the roles of the city vs. the main street associations. We have a teeny tiny one for our Economic Improvement District but it doesn’t lay out who actually does what.

Second, we want to increase our downtown twinkle light and holiday light program. Please send over anything you all do. If you could include your budget, sources of funding and a description of the project that would be great!

Last, do any of you have a revokable permit process you’ve used with the City? We are researching some liability concerns regarding sidewalks tables and chairs not complying with ADA. If someone falls on that table leg on a public sidewalk could they sue the business, the city, the main street association… all three?

Any leads or help you have on this would be much appreciated
