[OMS_MANAGERS] Written Agreement with City and Holiday Lights Programs

To help fund our Holiday lighting program, we appeal to the entire community for sponsorship (requests included in all local media-newspaper, local tv & radio stations, DCA newsletter, and LOTS of Facebook posts). We get excellent response and sponsors are heavily acknowledged which brings them back each year!
