[OMS_MANAGERS] Sip and Shop Event?

[Pendleton Downtown Association]

Hi folks,

 

I saw somewhere that some Oregon Main Street community had a 'sip and shop'
event. We're interested in starting something similar here in Pendleton.
Does anyone do an event like this?
