[OMS_MANAGERS] Job description & Grant application

Apologies if I'm repeating a recent inquiry!  Some have just flown by me....

I'm looking for an example of a job description for a part time Main Street
Manager.
Anyone out there have one of those?

I'm also looking for anyone willing to share their grant application if
you've been successful in receiving a grant for a new Main Street Manager.
Oregon Community Fund?  Meyer Memorial Trust?
I did talk to Ford Family Foundation.  Their funding of RARE interns was a
rare thing and treated it more like hiring a consultant for a year.  She
didn't think a new manager was a good fit.
