[OMS_MANAGERS] Job description & Grant application

Hi Kelly,  That is definitely a change of philosophy for Ford Family Foundation.  Did I ever send our application to you?  We had a great RARE experience with a grant from them, and am confused by their comments.  Let me know if I can help in any way.
