[OMS_MANAGERS] FW: Info request from Tigard Downtown Association

    We do have an over the street banner program here in Klamath Falls.  It is first come, first served and is usually booked out about 6 months.  They allow only 2 weeks at a time and charge $250.  I don’t remember criteria other than dimensions.
