Hi All - I am re-sending this message on behalf of Steve w/the Tigard Downtown Association. They are installing a system to allow banner signs across the street to advertise events, etc. Here's the questions he wanted to see how you might address:

Do you have design criteria for the banners? If so- are you willing to share that information?

Does your downtown charge for the use of the space? If so- are you willing to share that information as well?

Are there factors in determining WHO is allowed to advertise?

Any other information we should consider as we move our project forward?

The Tigard Downtown Alliance beginning the process of installing an overhead cabling system that will be commissioned by Ben Dye who recently installed a similar system in Estacada.

I am attempting to learn from other downtowns that have message systems in place already.
