We have extended the deadline to apply at the Transforming Downtown Level of the Oregon Main Street Network. The new deadline is Friday, March 24. Attached is a copy of the Application. At first glance, the application may look a bit daunting, but the questions are really worth finding the answers to - especially as you move forward with your program - so please do the best you can.



Please note - the application form is a "protected" Word document.  Please fill it out in this mode and then "unprotect" it if you need to adjust the pages for blank space, check for spelling errors, etc.  If you "unprotect" it before filling it out you may encounter some serious formatting problems.
