Hi, Katie-

 

We had a Wine and Chocolate Walk last year, but we used disposable cups. We
paid several of the wineries a pour fee to ensure their participation. There
is a fair amount of paperwork involved. The participating wineries must
complete an SEW (they know what it is) and you need special event insurance.
Our insurance cost for the event was $250.

Hi Everyone,

 

One of our Main Street Managers would like to know which Main Street towns
have a pub crawl or wine walk event with the participants using the same
cup/glass and going from business to business. They have some question about
liability, etc. If you could reply to this message if you do have an event
like this, that would be great!
