>From the People's Republic of Sandy:
1. Yes. 2 hours.
2. We do have a dedicated Code Enforcement officer, but our parking is
enforced on a complaint-driven basis only. We do not chalk tires or time
parking.
3. Yes, we have two publicly-owned parking lots (Heritage Square Parking
Lot and Pioneer Parking Lot)
1. About half of Heritage Square is timed, half is not. Pioneer
Parking lot has no timed stalls.
2. Complaint driven basis
3. We don't really have a maintenance account set up for lot
maintenance, but we should. General fund right now.
4. No
5. Enforcement provided by the Sandy Police Department
6. No.
7. I have been instructed to note that our current Planning Director,
Kelly O'Neill, says "Hi" to Mr. Nobel.
