[OMS_MANAGERS] National Night out

Lincoln City celebrated its first National Night Out this year, hosted by
the City's Parks & Rec department.  Good turn out - we plan to continue in
the future.  We had a dunk tank, carnival type games, NW Natural served
hotdogs, live music, booths from youth organizations, public library,
Kiwanis.  Also local police and National Guard were well represented.
There was a giant inflatable slide, and a bouncy house.  Lots to do - over
400 people attended.
