[OMS_MANAGERS] Sign Code

Beaverton rewrote our sign code in 2018 to comply with recent Supreme Court decisions around content neutrality. If you allow gas stations and banks to light there signs it is very difficult to stop others. You can check Beaverton sign code, if you want a contact email me directly.
