I assume you mean the organization itself using debit/credit cards? Yes, KFDA has a credit card account. I don’t know that there are any legal concerns per se, other than making sure you have a policy in place for their use and for who is authorized on the account … general financial controls, along with board-approved policy. A local CPA or Nonprofit Association Of Oregon probably can give you some good info for best practices. Admittedly, our policy in that area is still in process as well. 😊
