[OMS_MANAGERS] Event information and call-out practices

I am working on doing an event call out for 2019 to our partners, which
includes chamber, wineries, businesses, etc.

What do other managers do?     Is there a free simple online form (besides
Google) that most of you use as a Main Street?   Looking to just gather
contact, event name, date and description.  They would be free to also just
send me a link, but would like to streamline it.
