[OMS_MANAGERS] Parking/Crosswalk Statute

Sarah, Here in Klamath Falls we have been discussing “bulb outs” and other traffic calming street revisions. I guess that I would prefer the statue stay in place as an incentive for us to move forward on those concepts.
We currently are partially in compliance.
