[OMS_MANAGERS] Mural Partnership Agreements

Our City coordinates the mural program.  Here is the link to there
application and other info.  And I'm sure that Valeri (contact info at the
bottom of the page) would be happy to answer any other specific questions
you have.  She is on our Design Committee.
