The attached agreement was created by the City of Springfield in order to partner with a downtown building owner (International Order of Odd Fellows) for the installation of a mural on their building. The intent of the agreement was to protect the maintenance and duration, the creative control over the theme and restrictions of use, including copyright of the image.
