The attached agreement was created by the City of Springfield in order to partner with a downtown building owner (International Order of Odd Fellows) for the installation of a mural on their building. The intent of the agreement was to protect the maintenance and duration, the creative control over the theme and restrictions of use, including copyright of the image.

Does anyone have a contract between your non-profit and a private property owner to allow and set forth rules for a mural to be commission and painted onto their building?
