[OMS_MANAGERS] Membership Communication

Hello Everyone,

Does anyone have a policy about when or if they are allowed to contact their membership on behalf of another organization or business? For example if we have a business in our community that would like to provide a service to other businesses and reaches out to our organization to talk to our membership about these services, would this be allow or not?
