Glad to hear you guys are moving forward! I sure miss that town! 

Anyway, here’s a package Sheri shared with the DMA (Medford) folks when we met with them. Also, they probably have most recently answered many of the questions you have, and would be a great resource for getting the funding component off the ground. I’ll directly send you a copy of the budget I work from if that would be helpful. I don’t think it’s any better or worse than anyone else is using, but it would be an example. 😊

Baker City Downtown’s Organization Committee is working on our first comprehensive funding plan. We would greatly appreciate example of budgets or funding plans from other Oregon towns. Any tips or suggestions also would be helpful.
