I have my own ideas but just out of curiosity what does the City of
Silverton normally suggest that owners do instead of boarding up the front?

This email is being distributed over the OMS listserv. All responses will
also be over the listserv.
Are there any examples of a "Dark Door" tax or ordinance that deals with
vacant commercial buildings? One of our network communities is doing some
research on this issue. Thanks, Sheri
