[OMS_MANAGERS] OMS Awards Nominations DUE FRIDAY!

Hello Again,

So someone brought to my attention a flaw in this nomination process. Apologies in advance but this is what happens when we try something new.

There is an issue with the upload a file option. It will only allow one file to be uploaded per category. I mistakenly assumed it would allow more than that (silly me, right?).

SO, the workaround options are as follows:


  *   Gather your photos and whatnot into one word document or pdf and upload a single file that way, OR
  *   Just email me the photos and whatnot and I will keep them with the application. Just be sure to still fill out the online nomination form and then email with who/what you nominated for in the email

Thank you in advance for your patience and we will certainly take this into account for next year.

Hello All,

I just wanted to remind you that nominations for the Oregon Main Street Excellence in Downtown Revitalization Awards are due this Friday, July 12, by 11:59 p.m. Those in the Main Street Track (Performing Main Street, Transforming Downtown, and Exploring Downtown levels) are eligible to apply. There are several categories to choose from in each of the four points so be sure to check them out on the attached award information.

I absolutely know that all of you have award worthy projects so don't be modest! Celebrate your successes and use the awards to continue to spur on awesome projects in your downtown and recognize people who have worked hard for and with your organization.

We have moved the nomination process online this year so please submit your nominations here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/omsawards2019. If you are submitting more than one nomination, you will just retake the survey and selecting a different category for each submission.
