[OMS_MANAGERS] Excellence in Downtown Revitalization Awards - Nomination Questions

Hello Everyone,

I have had a couple questions asking if there was a list of questions for each nomination category that they could work off of before copying and pasting into the survey monkey nomination form. Attached is the list of the nomination questions for each category. You still need to submit your nominations through survey monkey but hopefully this helps those that like to work offline before inputting into online forms. 😊

I have also attached the award information again in case you missed it the first time. I can’t emphasize enough the impact awards like this can have on your Main Street from volunteers you want to honor, to business owners you want to engage, to proving value to stakeholder groups and the community. We would love to see an award nomination from every community on the Main Street Track. If you need to talk through possibilities, please do not hesitate to contact myself or Sheri.

REMINDER: if you are submitting more than one nomination, you will fill out the survey for each nomination and submit after each entry.
