[OMS_MANAGERS] Merchant Survey?

[Revitalize Downtown Stayton]

Hello!
My Economic Vitality committee is wanting to conduct a merchant survey to
help get a better idea of what they perceive as being their main issues to
help find ways to better engage them.
Does anyone here have experience with this? Any successes or failures,
tips, good or bad questions to ask, a list of questions you got from a real
good source, etc?
