[OMS_MANAGERS] Clocks that Chime and play music

Our partner at the city is in the process of building out a public plaza
space. The local Rotary club has donated a clock tower and has proposed an
audible electronic chime that also can play seasonal music and a variety of
sounds.

 

Any jurisdictions have something like this in their downtowns?
