[OMS_MANAGERS] Alberta Main Street is 2019 Great American Main Street award winner

We are proud to share that Alberta Main Street is one of three Great American Main Street award winners this year. The award is given annually by the National Main Street Center and is the second in Oregon .... The first was Downtown Oregon City last year.
