Good Morning,

We wanted to make sure jurisdictions received the Oregon Economic Development Association TIF Committee's statement of last week on use of TIF (Urban Renewal) funds for business assistance related to virus impact- attached here. Of course, OEDA is not a regulatory body in any way; our TIF Committee works on best practices and advocacy regarding the TIF tool.
