[OMS_MANAGERS] Halloween on Main Street?

Good morning,
We haven't done a Halloween program in the past, as it is usually our
Chamber who puts it on, but this year we wanted to get involved as our
Chamber's resources have dwindled.
I have attached the rough plan for what we are doing, which includes a
reverse parade (think trunk or treat, but no passing out of candy besides
that which is already pre-packed.
