[OMS_MANAGERS] New Restrictions

Attached is a chart released by the OR Health Authority that details new restrictions for OR counties depending on what risk category they have been placed in, as well as the map of County Risk Levels . Counties will be re-assessed every two weeks and, depending on case statistics, may be approved to move to a category with fewer, less stringent restrictions. Note that these new guidelines do not change the requirements to wear face masks/coverings both indoors and outdoors or to maintain social distancing (6' apart). New metrics go into effect on 12:01a on 12/3. No "end date" is given.

Data will be pulled and posted every Monday and press releases will come every other Tuesday and new risk levels will be in effect (if applicable) every other Friday (this week is an anomaly because the freeze ends on a Wednesday). Here's the schedule up to mid-January:

*             November 30th data pull
*             December 1st info to counties, press release announcing which counties are in what risk level effective 12/3
*             December 7th data pull, warning week data posted only
*             December 14th data pull, info to counties
*             December 15th, press release announcing which counties are in what risk level effective 12/18
*             December 21st data pull, warning week data posted only
*             December 28th data pull, info to counties
*             December 29th press release announcing which counties are in what risk level effective 1/1
*             January 4th data pull, warning week data posted only
*             January 11th data pull, info to counties
*             January 12th press release announcing which counties are in what risk level effective 1/15
