[OMS_MANAGERS] Shop Small Saturday Neighborhood Champion

The Dalles fired up a lil no cost to Main Street but for the staff overhead
( a fixed expense)
for promoting local shopping
every 50$ in downtown purchases gets the buyer one entry into the weekly
drawing for sales Tues thru following Monday.
Local participating businesses (retail AND restaurants AND service)
contribute gift cards coupons, promotional items, etc
to fill the prize baskets we give away
gets a virtuous purchasing cycle rolling
