But isn't this what they would have done anyway to take affect for January 2023? Not sure this does anything to replace what did not get funded because of lack of lottery bond sales.

The Governor’s recommended budget was released yesterday and she is recommending that the Oregon Main Street Revitalization Grant be included at $5M! Obviously the legislature will need to carry that through to the bond package so our work isn’t done, but having it in the recommended budget going in makes it a lot easier!
