[OMS_MANAGERS] Creating a Historic District

Hi Liz

Would you have time for a cup of coffee or tea at a place of your choice
where I can hear how you manage to have lights without power. We are faced
with waiting for the bypass to finish before we can widen our sidewalks and
put in power...so wondering what you have in place? At your convenience of
course
