[OMS_MANAGERS] FUNDING Question

The Dalles Main Street did some fund raising

   1. give people a chance to sponsor a pole and get a phrase / name they
   select on a 2"x3" laminated tag attached to a pole.. random distribution
   (got about $2000 that way)
   2. we had a major donor step fwd and give $2500
   3. and then we ponied up about $650 out of operational funds to cover
   the string that cost 30$ each

now we realize that we need a better product; we're using multi-color LED
strings
the better product we are testing now is 50-60$ per string

The tags didn't cost much. we got a nice deal from a local print shop

many studies have shown that white is all you need.. a warmer white color
rather than the steely blue white that some LED's emit
