This is an Excel document that can be used as an overlay for your existing strategic plan or to help you re-think your focus as a main street organization over the next 3-, 6-, 9-, 12-months and beyond. It was developed as a partnership between Oregon Main Street, Washington Main Street, and Main Street Iowa. The task force included 5 local executive directors and included Darin Rutledge with the Klamath Falls Downtown Association and Liz Hannum with Downtown Oregon City from Oregon. We really wanted this to be a tool developed from the local community perspective and are so grateful to the local e.d.'s who went above and beyond over the past month to develop what we hope will be a useful tool to help your organization pivot operations as a result of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
