I've used a service, Benchmark Email, for about a dozen years for email marketing. It works well and they're constantly improving it.

For those of you that run the email management portion of your main street.
What program do you use? Our program was set up under mail chimp, which is
difficult to use among other faults, I am also the only one with access to
our email account and I would like to change that, so I can share the load.
I am wondering if any of you operate off Microsoft 365 or other programs
that you have found useful.
Thank you!

We use Google for Business, which is fairly easy to manage and also
includes phone service in the package. I was able to port over our main
number when we closed our office and now can answer from either my mobile
phone or computer.

For basic email, we use Gmail as our mail exchange ? very inexpensive. We also subscribe to Office 365 primarily for Outlook/Word./Excel, etc., and if we weren?t already using Gmail, I?d use Office 365 as our mail exchange. If you?re a nonprofit and connected to TechSoup.org, you can get O365 licensing for $3/month/user.
For email marketing, I don?t know if Microsoft or Google have anything comparable to Mail Chimp or Constant Contact. We use Constant Contact. It?s a relatively larger cost, but if the goal is to regularly send formatted content to multiple email addresses, it?s definitely worth having. I also think the interface is more intuitive (and certainly more capable) than MailChimp. They also have nonprofit pricing.

NMSC recently launched a new partnership with eBay - another partner that they've been able to engage for COVID recovery response efforts. Through their partnership, Main Street small businesses will have special access to their newly launched Seller School, supporting their transitions to e-commerce.
On Wednesday they will be hosting a webinar with eBay to hear more about the program. A description is below and registration is here<https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_Ql-A8imiQ-yNtIA4iao0qw>.
It's hard to over-state the impact that COVID-19 has had on brick-and-mortar small businesses on Main Streets across the country. Given the resulting shift in consumer shopping habits and operating restrictions put in place by states and municipalities, small businesses have had to reinvent themselves to stay open. One of the most important developments has been the increasing focus on ecommerce and engaging virtual content as a means of connecting to customers in new ways. And as we head into the all-important holiday shopping season, these shifts are going to be more important than ever.
To support this critical work, Main Street America has teamed up with ecommerce leader eBay to extend a special invitation to Main Street small businesses.
We invite you to join this webinar to hear directly from eBay about a new opportunity for the small businesses in your district, whether they're just getting started in ecommerce or looking to expand their online presence, eBay's six-week Seller School guided course will help them learn to grow their business on eBay's global marketplace in just a few hours a week.
The course offers a dynamic virtual learning experience, including on-demand lessons, exclusive weekly webinars, and live coaching from expert sellers. And it's 100% free. Space is limited, and class begins October 21. Sign-up to learn more and share this opportunity with small businesses on your Main Street!
