Hello Courtney,
My organization uses gmail. It's easy to use and allows other users access.
Coupling gmail with google drive streamlines the document sharing process.
In a prior profession, I used Microsoft 365, what I miss about that
program are read receipts. To keep an operating budget down, google works
well.
Hope you find this helpful.

hi all .. separate topic .. an idea to share.
(i saw the spooky lebanon pict there .. twigged the following)
The Dalles Main Street .. thanks to fine contributions from a former board
member ..
turned our in person, guided SPOOKY Ghost Walks of 20*19* into walkable
maps with QR Codes in building windows
QR Codes take you to spooky video stories!
we going live with The Dalles Main Street's - Ghost Walk 2020 on Thurs.9.Oct
https://www.thedallesmainstreet.org/spooky-town-2020
we will be selling the PG rate tour maps for 10$ and the Adult
extended version for 12$
QR Codes in building windows .. and in the downloadable purchased map
The downloaded PDF will also have the qr Codes for each video link,
so that even couch potatoes (quarantined people) can have some fun
we will use this same platform/toolset going forward after halloween
to create historic The Dalles walking maps.. QR Codes in building windows.
Notion is get the walkers in town to slow down and stop in front of
businesses/buildings ..
.. see a video .. that makes them want to go in and hopefully shop
best to all !

Good morning!
I felt compelled to share this story and the City of Madras' efforts to recruit a theater.
The City of Madras' Urban Renewal District incentivized the development and opening of a 5-plex movie theater to be constructed in 2010. It was a very significant project. Now with the COVID pandemic, the urban renewal district has provide a $200,000 forgivable loan, if performance standards are met, to the same theater to help them get through the pandemic.
I did see this article on CNN about the current status of theaters<https://www.cnn.com/2020/10/05/media/movie-theaters-regal-closing/index.html?campaign_id=9&emc=edit_nn_20201006&instance_id=22849&nl=the-morning®i_id=101280812§ion_index=4§ion_name=play_watch_eat_sprint&segment_id=39939&te=1&user_id=978fc0a98f7676b267dbae48d4330173>. Teaser: 69 percent of the country's small and midsize movie theater companies will be at risk of closing!
Please consider the objective and subjective values of a theater(s) in your community and how important it is to your community! Accordingly, I've said that recruiting a theater to Madras was a once in 50 year opportunity! If the Madras Cinema 5 closes, it will be very difficult to recruit a new owner and operator. With this in mind, I'd encourage the consideration of the cost of providing assistance and not providing assistance to theaters and the related impacts to your community.
Most sincerely,
Nicholas Snead, AICP

Hi Nick,
Great share! I didn't realize the city was jumping in to support the
theater in this substantial way. Thanks for all you're doing to support the
community right now.
