Our businesses downtown buildings are in need of Christmas lights and we
have an opportunity to have some installed and maintained by a professional
company. The proposed contract is being presented to the Dallas Downtown
Association and if accepted would be responsible for annual installation.

My question is, who in your district manages the Christmas lights on Main
St buildings and do you have to pay for installation every year or do your
lights stay up throughout the year?

If you do, what do you do to support those efforts? Is there a business
that you go through that has competitive pricing and lastly, how many
quotes did you receive before making a determination?
