[OMS_MANAGERS] Christmas Lights

i just realized you asked about BUILDINGS ...
there about 15 buildings downtown that manage their own lights .. they
leave them up year round but only turn them on for xgvng to xmas

am working slowly to get more biz/bldgs to keep em on year round ..
driving to warm white where we can
