Hi Kevin and all - It's an important question. The City of Portland Bureau
of Transportation is considering an extension of their Healthy Business
Permit beyond Nov. 1. That would allow the restaurants and retail spaces
across Portland to continue in the parking spaces after that date. I've
sent a message to PBOT asking for an update and I'll share when I know more
about what that is.
