Position: Pendleton Downtown Association Director
Salary: $45,000-$60,000

Requirements:
The Pendleton Chamber of Commerce is accepting applications for the position of Pendleton Downtown Association Director. Named one of the best small towns by Smithsonian in 2018, Pendleton is situated at the foot of the Pacific Northwest’s sprawling Blue Mountains. The Director will work with the PDA board to fulfill our mission to “Develop partnerships to stimulate economic vitality and investment in the downtown core, generate a positive image, and promote tourism while celebrating our Western Heritage.”

This is a full-time, salaried, non-exempt position.  The salary range is $45,000.00 to $60,000.00 DOE.

Qualifications:
• Have experience working with the National Main Street Center’s 4-Point Approach® to downtown revitalization,
• Have administrative and volunteer management experience and have experience working with a volunteer Board,
• Possess strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office, managing a database, and experience managing websites and social media channels,
• Have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, as required, and
• Experience writing grants is desired.
