Hi Kelly --

Managing Sandy Main Street was one of my tasks when I was first hired by
the City of Sandy as their inaugural Ec Dev manager back in 2011.
Unfortunately, our Main Street organization dissolved a couple of years
into my tenure, so I'm not doing that kind of work anymore.  Don't know how
helpful I could be at this point, but I'll give it a shot....
