[OMS_MANAGERS] CARES Dollars for businesses

Shannen,

We worked with our city to facilitate a Reimagine Grant fund. It was an
opportunity for businesses to reimagine their businesses for a covid life.
We funded a delivery truck for our tap house, a CRM system for the bakery,
a few parklets, a studio setup for the bookstore to run facebook lives,
etc. It was really great because the businesses could tell us what they
needed most instead of us picking one project.
