I was curious if any of you have a prospectus for your downtown to assist with business recruitment and/or investors? If so, is it a brochure or a leaflet? What information is included? Does it include available properties?

I’m thinking now would be an opportune time to create something for our downtown – just wanted to see if anyone else had an example.
