[OMS_MANAGERS] Ribbon Cuttings

Hello!

Beaverton has found itself in the lucky spot of having several current buildings having taken COVID time as an opportunity to renovate, as well as a handful of new restaurants converting buildings and planning to open this summer.  Traditionally, we have helped all major renovations host ribbon cutting events.  Since the pandemic began, we ceased offering this, but are now wanting to offer something.  Does anyone have any great ideas that you have implemented or seen implemented for similar type celebrations?
